Market City, Limited, was founded in 1946. The 3.5 acre site at the corner of Kapiolani Blvd. and Kaimuki Ave. was originally a vegetable/koa patch with a beautiful monkey pod tree. Market City, Limited is planning for growth and will be a larger, more successful commercial property company, with holdings in Hawaii, the continental United States, and the Pacific Rim.
